Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in arts, graphic arts, a related field, or similar work experience.
- Bring at least 6 years of professional art, design, or creative writing experience.
- Provide a strong design portfolio.
- Have advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Have knowledge of graphic and presentation design techniques using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Understand how to integrate copy with art and layouts.
- A master's degree in a related field such as Digital Media, Electronic Visualization, Visual Arts, or Computer Graphic Design is preferred.
- Be able to work eastern business hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance for design deliverables.
- Manage, lead, and direct promotional art projects.
- Assess client needs and propose and develop multimedia solutions.
- Develop new technology to maintain agency competitiveness.
- Create work breakdown structures and budgets for complex deliverables.
- Present polished deliverables and strategic ideas to key stakeholders.
- Communicate orally and in writing.
- Potentially supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling assignments.
