Requirements
- Have 4+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
- Have 3+ years of experience in budget development or management.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related business experience.
- Have experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams and deliverable types.
- Have experience successfully managing campaign budgets.
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Be familiar with structured project management methodology.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Prior healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or agency experience is preferred.
- Workfront experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project management for assigned campaigns from initiation through closeout.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans across complex deliverables and teams.
- Partner with Account, Finance, internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to coordinate work.
- Monitor budgets weekly, support revenue recognition and invoicing, and flag financial risks or scope changes.
- Lead project meetings and manage client review and approval processes.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and project issues.
- Contribute project management guidance, budgets, timelines, and implementation planning to business development efforts.
- Participate in project audits and promote consistent project management processes and best practices.
- Coach, mentor, and train project management team members and contribute to onboarding or discipline-specific training.
- Contribute to process improvements and standard operating procedures, and participate in hiring activities.
