Requirements
- Have 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-ready applications.
- Have hands-on experience building interactive, responsive user interfaces with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Have strong experience developing .NET applications using C#.
- Have experience developing secure RESTful APIs, server-side architecture, and database integrations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least two of frontend UI development, data-driven REST API development, or database, cloud, and server administration.
- Be able to integrate frontend and backend components and design maintainable application architectures.
- Have experience applying DevOps principles and supporting development pipelines and deployment processes.
- Be able to guide development work, review code, mentor colleagues, and anticipate technical risks.
- Have experience collaborating with client stakeholders on sprint planning, requirements, technical documentation, and implementation trade-offs.
- Be able to connect technical decisions to business objectives and prioritize work according to customer value.
- Have strong interpersonal and written communication skills and be able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is beneficial; equivalent professional experience or intensive technical training may also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and .NET.
- Build responsive, accessible interfaces and integrate them with backend services.
- Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and server-side applications, including integration with SQL Server and other databases.
- Contribute to technical designs for complex features, balancing business needs, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Incorporate AI-powered technologies and development tools into engineering workflows.
- Work with delivery leads, product stakeholders, and client representatives to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, document technical approaches, and align priorities.
- Support sprint planning, delegate technical tasks when appropriate, monitor progress, anticipate risks, and help deliver committed work on time.
- Address technical debt, prevent recurring defects, and improve development practices.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and hands-on collaboration.
- Manage development environments, deployment pipelines, and technical deliverables, and present technical demonstrations and sprint outcomes.
