Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
- Demonstrate ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Aerospace/Defense or manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools is preferred.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Create project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
- Analyze data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
- Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
