Requirements
- Have a completed degree or vocational qualification in a relevant field and/or several years of sales experience, particularly in digital sales.
- Have teaching experience in the relevant subjects.
- Have experience teaching remotely.
- Have strong digital affinity.
- Have very good German and English skills.
- Demonstrate pedagogical competence, teaching skills, patience, and enthusiasm for working with people in continuing education.
Responsibilities
- Teach the fundamentals of digital sales, CRMs, AI automations, sales strategies and channels, sales conversations, and negotiation skills in online live sessions.
- Teach topics ranging from foundational to advanced, including Excel, data analysis, AI integrations, business processes, KPI setting, personal development, and mindset.
- Prepare and continuously develop the course curriculum.
- Work closely with the educational team.
