Requirements
- Have 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform.
- Have experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Have experience applying Agile approaches to project management.
- Have experience serving as a project manager or Scrum leader with salesforce.com.
- Have experience with estimation, sizing, SOWs, and change-order contracting.
- Have experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content to client stakeholders.
- Have Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience, including overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the platform.
- Hold Salesforce.com Administrator certification and either a Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- A hybrid background similar to Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional or Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedules for assigned client projects.
- Drive implementations of AI and digital service solutions.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage operational aspects of projects.
- Facilitate status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Lead kickoff sessions to define business outcomes, success metrics, and measurable goals, and report progress against them.
- Partner with the Solution Architect to capture, groom, and trace business requirements through delivery.
- Create and groom user stories, define acceptance criteria, and present them to clients and project teams.
- Support client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing sessions.
- Coordinate UAT test plans, track defects, and drive resolution with the project team.
- Coordinate end-user training logistics and materials, and support client readiness.
