Experience
3+ years hands-on in Google Ads.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.
  • Bring deep SEM fundamentals and be able to defend decisions with data.
  • Be familiar with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Have built with AI, such as a workflow automation, reporting tool, useful model, or script that removes a manual step.
  • Be comfortable using spreadsheets for pacing models, pivot tables, and audit sheets.
  • Write and speak clearly for a specific reader and be able to present to founders or executives.
  • Take proactive ownership of client performance outcomes.
  • Microsoft Ads experience is a plus.
  • Shopping feeds, YouTube, cross-channel context such as Meta or TikTok, and hands-on tracking implementation are bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Own 4 to 6 client accounts across Google Ads Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Shopping, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Write strategy, planning, and forecasting documents before building campaigns.
  • Make bidding and account-structure decisions and explain them to clients.
  • Manage budget pacing against forecasts and communicate expected monthly outcomes.
  • Research keywords and search terms, build negative keyword architecture, and restructure campaigns.
  • Write and audit ad copy against the company rubric.
  • Delegate campaign build work and review deliverables before launch.
  • Prepare weekly client reports and explain the results.
  • Run reporting and analysis through Claude using the team's skills and MCP connectors; build and improve repeatable workflows.
  • Critically review AI output, reconcile platform data against attribution tools and client reporting, identify tracking problems, and audit prospects.
