- Be comfortable working to targets.
- Have a reliable laptop and stable fibre connection.
- Work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from prospects.
- Qualify customer needs and recommend the right product or service.
- Quote, close sales, and process orders accurately.
- Log every conversation and follow-up in the CRM.
- Meet weekly conversion and response-time targets.
