- A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to structured prompts, complex evaluation rubrics, and technical guidelines.
- Access to a high-quality microphone for clean, reliable audio input during voice evaluations.
- As an independent contractor, supply a secure computer and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute complex role-play evaluation scenarios simulating customer service interactions across travel, finance, and technical support.
- Evaluate AI model performance using standardized qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Assess task completion accuracy, conversational naturalness, and audio comprehension.
- Assess basic computer programming literacy, including understanding of JSON structures, functions, and methods.
- Evaluate the ability to reason about structured data within a support context.
- Contribute to diverse, high-quality audio datasets reflecting customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural conversational flow.
