Requirements

- Have experience with government contracting.
- Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or a U.S. Territory.
Responsibilities
- Support daily program operations, workflow coordination, and execution of contract deliverables.
- Assist the Program Manager with monitoring program performance, timelines, staffing needs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate QA activities to ensure consistency, compliance, and timely completion of required reviews.
- Track performance metrics, identify operational risks or quality concerns, and support corrective action planning.
- Coordinate communication among internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Prepare and review reports, status updates, meeting materials, and documentation related to program performance and QA activities.
- Serve as a leadership resource for program staff and support continuity of operations in the Program Manager’s absence.
