Requirements
- Hold a project management certification.
- Have proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or IT industry.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Notion for project management and process documentation.
- Have experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Be familiar with agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to visualize and optimize complex processes.
- Have organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Be proactive and self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Use Notion for project management, documentation, and process optimization.
- Visualize, standardize, and optimize organizational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Create Notion team workspaces with customized templates and dashboards to monitor team-member progress.
- Develop Notion task boards that clarify project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Document processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks.
- Streamline Notion workflows using automation and integrations with other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables and support timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Review projects, capture lessons learned, and implement process improvements.
