Requirements
- Have 3+ years of project management experience.
- Bring hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
- Have experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders across business and technical audiences.
- Use a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and delivery skills.
- Adapt to changing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own the full internal project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation.
- Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs and translate them into project requirements.
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clarity and alignment.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
- Lead implementation of products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows.
- Lead change management and adapt to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs.
- Monitor project performance and KPIs against business outcomes.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions.
- Prepare progress reports and updates for stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams.
