Requirements
- Have proven experience as an Operations Manager in eCommerce or online retail.
- Understand eCommerce operations and business functions including supply, logistics, marketing, and development.
- Bring project management skills and a track record of managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Have experience with task management tools.
- Have experience coordinating and motivating teams.
- Bring strategic planning and execution experience.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the efforts of Supply, Logistics, Marketing, and Development teams.
- Manage operational tasks and track project due dates to support timely completion.
- Align inter-departmental activities with company objectives and operational strategies.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business scaling initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize operational performance and identify opportunities.
- Support a consistent customer experience across touchpoints.
- Coordinate with department leads to manage escalated issues and challenges.
