Requirements
- Understand how local government works.
- Know how to build relationships and trust to support adoption of new tools.
- Demonstrate strong project management and follow-through.
- Ask good questions and stay close to implementation details.
- Be proactive and action-oriented, with an interest in improving processes through technology.
- Be comfortable talking with government clients for most of the workday.
- Be willing to travel frequently for in-person collaboration up and down the West Coast and, as the company expands, across the country.
- Be available for occasional off-hours work around launches or critical issues.
Responsibilities
- Own the full implementation journey for new government partners from signing through their first months on the platform.
- Run kickoff sessions, often in person at county HR offices.
- Lead structured training over four to six weeks so client teams can use the platform confidently on their own.
- Manage two to three simultaneous launches while keeping timelines tight and stakeholders aligned.
- Track usage after launch, identify problems early, and troubleshoot data issues.
- Support clients with new use cases, workflow challenges, and onboarding new team members.
- Observe customer patterns and communicate confusing or missing product areas to inform shipped features.
