Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Business, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management.
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of 1-3 concurrent projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Lead deployments of robotics, automation, or other innovative technologies in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare.
- Understand robotic systems, automation, hardware/software integration, and deployment methodologies.
- Build strong customer relationships based on trust and reliability.
- Create detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation.
- Be willing to travel 30-60% for customer visits and onsite implementation activities.
- A master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a startup environment, systems integration and architecture, concurrent pilot programs, or introducing robotic systems into production pathways is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee onsite testing and preparation of the robot fleet.
- Coordinate with engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling for timely and efficient deployment.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work with external customers to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and propose solutions for their operational needs.
- Conduct internal lessons learned and document proposed process changes to drive continuous improvement.
