Job Details

Have 2+ years of experience in-platform bidable media, including ownership of pacing, making recommendations, and optimizations.
Show strong attention to detail when managing platform settings, tracking tags, and numbers.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Have proficiency with AI tools.
Bring familiarity with digital media channels such as streaming audio, display, video, or programmatic, or with ad tech platforms; this is a plus.
Stay apprised of platform capabilities, inventory landscapes, and emerging ad formats.
Be able to work standard business hours in PT, MT, CT, or ET.
Work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Assist Senior Media Buyers with drafting digital media plans, gathering partner forecasts, and entering finalized plans into campaign management systems.
Lead planning, execution, and strategy for accounts or test budgets under light supervision.
Maintain campaign budget tracking files, rolling opportunity logs, and media specifications.
Support buying and rate negotiations led by senior team members.
Review creative specifications, generate tracking parameters and pixels, and perform launch quality assurance.
Set up campaigns in DSPs such as The Trade Desk and DV360, including uploading creative assets, configuring targeting, and linking deal IDs.
Monitor daily campaign pacing and performance, make pacing adjustments, and work toward performance optimizations and insights.
Assist with mid-campaign and wrap-up reporting by gathering platform data and organizing insights for client presentations.
