SalaryFor this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 19 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bring 1+ years of healthcare customer service experience if available; this experience is preferred, not required.
- Be able to work effectively in a high-volume call center environment.
- Adapt to changing call types, processes, and procedures.
- Use strong problem-solving skills to analyze situations and identify solutions in real time.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be organized and have excellent time-management abilities.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Be available during the contact center hours listed: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm EST, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
- Have reliable internet connectivity and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
- Attend 100% of the paid 8-week virtual training and work the assigned schedule during the first 90 days.
- Be able to remain focused while taking back-to-back calls, sit for extended periods, and work at a computer throughout each shift.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls in a high-volume contact center with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support patients with medication orders, benefits explanations, billing inquiries, and complex issue resolution.
- Follow structured workflows and remain available for continuous call-taking until designated breaks.
- De-escalate concerns and provide empathetic solutions within standard operating procedures.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Meet monthly performance metrics and participate in ongoing training and feedback.
