Have 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
Have experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines, with critical-path and buffer management.
Have experience managing client dependency registers with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
Have experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
Have experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across concurrent workstreams.
Have experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies, including contracts, credentials, and integration timelines.
Have experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
Have experience with milestone- or gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
Have experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira or Asana.
Have experience managing stakeholders and translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
Have a substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
Be able to overlap US business hours.
Have a bachelor's degree.
PMP, CSM, or PSM certification is preferred.
Experience with regulatory or compliance projects and nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams is preferred.
