Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Have at least four years of experience defining or improving Workday configuration or design standards.
- Bring experience particularly related to Workday Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Have extensive knowledge of Workday architecture, impacts, and security considerations.
- Additional functional experience in human resources and related functional areas is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus.
- Demonstrate judgment and confidentiality.
- Communicate accurately and professionally, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be detail-oriented and maintain high standards for accuracy and precision.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from HR, IT, Finance, and Infosec and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain knowledge of HR systems, their functionality, and their connections to other firm information systems.
- Provide system support and analysis, including functionality and design reviews, with emphasis on Workday Benefits and Compensation.
- Define mappings, scenarios, and testing plans with team members to support end-to-end process flow.
- Translate HR business needs into end-to-end solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
- Troubleshoot implementation and post-go-live issues, identify root causes, and prevent repeat problems.
- Monitor Workday releases, features, and industry practices; recommend improvements and retire legacy solutions when appropriate.
- Support Advanced Compensation processes and compensation enhancements.
- Develop, maintain, and support reports; audit and analyze data to maintain system integrity.
- Maintain documentation and provide training to end users.
