Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI and generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or CoPilot, to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with BI technologies such as Microsoft Power BI or Qlik is beneficial.
- Understanding of data warehouses and data mining is a plus.
- Industry experience is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Perform ad hoc and recurring analyses of marketing campaigns, channel performance, pricing, lead generation, and partner growth.
- Provide analysis, business cases, and scenario modeling for lifecycle and product teams.
- Build presentation-ready deliverables summarizing insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Support leadership with materials for partner meetings and internal reviews.
- Develop an understanding of lifecycle and product pipelines, audience segmentation, and event-level data.
- Analyze data to identify underperforming functionality and proactively flag or escalate issues.
- Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Use AI tools to automate recurring reporting workflows and support data exploration.
- Partner with lifecycle and product teams to understand OKRs, identify opportunities, and provide analytical support for key initiatives.
