Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understand financial statements, accounting principles, and key financial ratios.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; this is preferred.
- Bring familiarity with the finance industry and financial products or services; this is highly desirable.
- Experience with financial modeling tools or business intelligence software such as Power BI is a plus.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance, assess risks, and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actuals with forecasts and budgets and identify business drivers.
- Support budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing materials for investors, board meetings, and financial reviews.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in reporting and analytics.
- Participate in special projects, cost optimization studies, and profitability reviews.
