Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of middle office experience, preferably within a multi-national or financial services organization.
- Experience in digital currencies or trading is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software systems.
- Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with clients, business partners, peers, and management.
- Excellent self-management skills to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Personal resilience and a strong sense of urgency to handle dynamic trading environments.
- Understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency regulations is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts and portfolios while assisting in daily reconciliations.
- Support the trading team with asset management across exchanges and coordinate fund transfers.
- Resolve discrepancies and troubleshoot systemic issues by working with internal teams and external contacts.
- Manage creditor interactions, including verifying terms, facilitating loan payments, and auditing invoices.
- Produce scheduled and ad-hoc financial reports and analyses.
- Contribute to quality assurance and develop manual processes into automated workflows.
- Conduct thorough break analysis to resolve trading data discrepancies.
