Requirements

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience quoting in the technology industry.
- Experience with CRM tools and processes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation of commission processes and related controls.
- Document and formalize existing compensation policies.
- Work with hiring managers to document compensation agreements at commencement of employment.
- Calculate variable compensation and own the related accounting function.
- Assist with annual compensation plan design and modeling, and propose modifications.
- Coordinate payments with Implementation, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Provide employees and managers with monthly payment and outstanding-compensation reports.
- Address compensation-plan questions, research issues, and develop solutions for exception payment requirements.
- Increase process efficiency through automation and standardize programs in a commission automation system.
