- Be able to move between research, experimentation, and implementation of practical systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve AI methods, algorithms, and systems across the lifecycle of reliable AI agents.
- Create approaches for simulating, evaluating, and optimizing agent behavior in real-world settings.
- Turn research ideas into working systems, prototypes, and production-facing capabilities.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to connect AI research with practical customer needs.
- Help shape technical direction in agent reliability, evaluation, and optimization.
