Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of product management experience with technically complex, integration-heavy software.
- Bring experience with AI-native services, distributed systems, databases, training ML models, RAG, and LLMs.
- Demonstrate hands-on technical fluency in data modeling, APIs, connectors, authentication, and DNS fundamentals.
- Be comfortable using SQL or spreadsheets to build and defend ROI models.
- Build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate clearly in difficult conversations.
- Exercise sound judgment under ambiguity and make recommendations without complete information.
- Own outcomes across teams that you do not manage, including support, engineering, services, and customer organizations.
- Bring a bias to action and willingness to make solutions work before they are fully productized.
- Customer success, RevOps, data, or AI and ML product experience is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from discovery through full-scope delivery.
- Define and document implementation requirements, validating them against customer data and workflows.
- Lead Atlas agent implementation inside customer tenants, including data mapping, connector configuration, and authentication setup.
- Resolve blockers across support, engineering, and customer IT.
- Prioritize deployment roadmaps against customer and engineering requirements.
- Build account-specific ROI models and value narratives, and present them to customer leadership.
- Run go/no-go reviews and recommend whether to pursue new opportunities.
- Lead renewal reviews and design agentic renewal workflows for customer goals.
- Bring recurring field gaps, friction, and requests to product and engineering teams.
- Document configurations, failure modes, and ROI frameworks for future deployments.
