Requirements
- Have five or more years of relevant experience, typically in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or a related function.
- Have hands-on experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Be fluent with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
- Have a deep understanding of GTM systems, data, and processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
- Have technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, integration and orchestration platforms, data flows, and system architecture.
- Be able to take cross-functional business problems from definition through building an AI or automation solution.
- Apply systems thinking to identify root causes and design reliable solutions as business needs and technology stacks evolve.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, establish standards, and explain tradeoffs to technical and non-technical leaders.
Responsibilities
- Design and build systems and AI capabilities that connect GTM systems, automate processes, and improve data reliability.
- Identify inefficient GTM processes and build AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations using metrics, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Lead initiatives from problem definition through rollout and measurable impact, creating reusable systems and patterns.
- Work across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing to shape problems into solutions and build MVPs.
- Connect GTM systems using APIs, orchestration platforms, webhooks, MCP, and other integration patterns.
- Maintain accurate and consistent system-of-record data.
- Drive adoption of shipped solutions and set standards for how the team builds.
- Consolidate fragmented or overlapping agents and automations into maintainable systems with clear ownership and reusable components.
