Requirements
- Have 3 to 6 years of experience implementing or administering a finance or procurement tool.
- Have experience implementing or administering a procurement tool or ERP.
- Be fluent in German.
- Bring strong communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong data management skills, including handling large sets of sensitive customer data in MS Excel.
- Be comfortable with software configuration.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams onboarding new customers, with a focus on project and stakeholder management and understanding client requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementations for new customers and build out customer processes from scratch.
- Manage requirements and tasks proactively across multiple customer onboardings.
- Lead training and Q&A sessions for customers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess customer requests and set expectations.
- Improve post-sales processes to help customers accelerate time to value.
