Requirements
- Have 4+ years of marketing experience in the B2B SaaS or technology industry.
- Be self-directed and able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects.
- Have strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Be well organized with high attention to detail.
- Be expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace applications.
- Be proficient in delivering content via social media tools such as LinkedIn.
- Experience developing and executing account-based marketing programs is a plus.
- Experience with customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns is a plus.
- Life sciences industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of field marketing plans, including events, webinars, virtual events, and partner and customer communications.
- Manage webinar logistics and execution for marketing, alliances, and customer success teams.
- Coordinate field marketing program components with product marketing, creative services, content, product, communications, and digital teams.
- Assist in developing and editing marketing content, including social posts, videos, corporate templates, and other program materials.
- Repurpose existing content for internal and external use.
- Support the execution and optimization of outreach programs using LinkedIn, YouTube, Google AdWords, and other channels.
- Help organize virtual and industry events, including logistics, communications, event app management, and reporting.
- Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics using Marketo, CRM, and other tools.
