Requirements
- Hold a completed degree in business, business law, business administration, or a related field, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant further HR qualifications.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills and a confident, friendly manner.
- Demonstrate sales aptitude, precision, independence, and commitment in your work.
- Bring a high standard of quality.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively.
- Be proficient in German and have good command of English.
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is not required.
Responsibilities
- Create target-company lists in collaboration with the lead consultant.
- Coordinate with the team throughout each client mandate.
- Prepare candidate shortlists for consultants and explain the recommendations.
- Maintain candidate relationships and correspondence, and identify potential new clients.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses.
- Search for and discreetly approach qualified candidates by phone and through Xing, LinkedIn, Google, and other research.
- Collect candidate feedback and application documents.
- Build and use cover stories for candidate approaches.
- Search the database and approach known candidates for relevant positions.
