Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted mental health license in the state of primary residence and Arizona, or be willing to obtain an Arizona license.
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Be comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Have access to a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy that meets patients’ clinical needs.
- Implement treatment modalities in individual and group settings and engage patients in their treatment plans.
- Review and sign patient psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents in a timely manner.
- Maintain clinic records and document services and patient activities in compliance with clinical, contract, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on the individual’s safety plan.
- Participate in case planning with the multidisciplinary team as new information is gathered.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing education, training, and competency assessments.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
