Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted mental health license in the state of primary residence.
- Hold an active license in the state where medical services are provided; clinicians must be active or willing to obtain a license in Arizona or Oregon.
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Be comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Have access to a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connectivity.
- LPC, LCSW, or LMFT credentials are identified for the therapist or counselor role.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based patient care using modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma therapy, and addiction therapy.
- Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy and engage patients in their treatment plans.
- Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents as needed.
- Maintain clinic records and document services and patient activities in accordance with clinical practices, contracts, and regulations.
- Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on the individual’s safety plan.
- Participate in case planning with the multidisciplinary team to determine appropriate patient dispositions.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing education and training.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
