- Experience in customer-facing communication over phone or video is preferred.
- Availability to work some weekends is preferred.
- Fluency in another language is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Talk with clients on the phone using warm leads.
- Meet with families virtually over Zoom.
- Communicate with clients about the benefits they requested and their financial security.
