Requirements
- Have 5-7 years of experience at a leading management consulting firm, investment bank, or internal strategy team.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Have strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Be able to influence leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Be proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Have experience with business intelligence tools.
- Be proficient with Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Own Commercial operational reporting, OKR performance management, forecasting, and planning.
- Translate Commercial goals into projects, priorities, and operating plans.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from scoping through implementation, managing risks, dependencies, decisions, and communication.
- Translate complex or ambiguous data into insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations for Commercial leaders.
- Develop executive- and Board-level materials on performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Improve Commercial processes, systems, and reporting, using data to demonstrate impact and establish best practices.
