Requirements
- Have at least 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Have proven experience in outbound outreach.
- Be proficient with CRM tools.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry.
- Be able to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a USB headset with noise cancellation and a working webcam.
- Have a main and backup computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Have a main wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Prospect using the provided lead lists to book introductory meetings.
- Generate and nurture warm leads through targeted outreach.
- Use the company’s CRM (PSA tool) to track leads, notes, and follow-ups.
- Review and use short sheets (one-pagers) to understand service offerings.
- Communicate the client’s IT and security services to prospects, emphasizing healthcare and legal sectors.
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the inside sales team.
