Experience: 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role; Min 3-4 years of experience working in an agile development environment.
Required Skills: AgileMicrosoft Excel

Have 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Have experience working with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
Have experience with ASC 606 in accounting and finance processes, including revenue recognition, journal entries, Record to Report, close cycles, and consolidations.
Have experience with at least one full SaaS-based ERP implementation.
Have experience with Pigment for managing or implementing FP&A solutions; Anaplan or Workday Adaptive Planning experience is also considered.
Have experience with month-end closing tools, specifically BlackLine.
Have experience developing, testing, and deploying customizations, custom objects, system configurations, and new functionality.
Have at least 3-4 years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
Have a bachelor’s degree in information technologies, finance, or accounting, or experience in a related field.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience using data to support decision-making and prioritization.
Have project management experience with Agile or Waterfall and the ability to identify tasks and estimate work.
Be able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple business initiatives simultaneously.

Define and prioritize product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Revenue finance functions, including General Ledger, revenue recognition, financial audits, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Optimize Pigment to support budgeting cycles, strategic financial analysis, and forecasting.
Manage and prioritize the Record to Report roadmap for NetSuite, BlackLine, and Pigment.
Bridge technical accounting requirements, including ASC 606, month-end close, and audit readiness, with system architecture.
Translate business requirements into epics and user stories within the defined Agile framework.
Partner with development and system administration teams to deliver documented product features and technical solutions.
Measure product performance and organizational feedback to identify process improvements and inform future development.
Coordinate product documentation, organizational change management, and training materials.
Plan, facilitate, and monitor UAT for implementations, improvements, and system upgrades.
Partner with IT, Security, and Audit to improve General IT Controls governance and support audit readiness.
