Requirements
- Have 3+ years of product management experience.
- Bring experience in HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or Compliance-driven SaaS (preferred).
- Have a deep understanding of HR workflows and tools, such as ATS, HRIS, and onboarding platforms.
- Be familiar with background verification flows, including ID checks, employment history, education, and criminal checks.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Have experience working in Agile product teams and a track record of successful launches.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for SpringVerify, from discovery to delivery.
- Build and execute a customer-centric product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver background verification experiences and integrations with HR platforms.
- Research customer pain points and conduct user research.
- Analyze data to inform product decisions.
- Ensure the platform complies with industry standards and privacy laws, including GDPR and FCRA.
- Work with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure features.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on insights and feedback.
- Contribute to strategic discussions on SpringVerify’s positioning in the HR tech ecosystem.
