Requirements
- Have 3 or more years of HR experience.
- Bring deep expertise in regional labour laws.
- Have experience supporting complex employee relations.
- Use HRIS and tools including Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Be comfortable using collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack.
- German language skill is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry is preferred.
- Experience in employee lifecycle management in Germany or Austria is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations across the Czech Republic.
- Manage sensitive employee relations cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
- Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
- Respond to client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
- Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans and support timely salary changes.
- Coordinate employees’ immigration and mobility needs with the Global Mobility team.
- Document processes, identify delegable tasks, and support workload transitions and knowledge transfer.
- Drive automation, AI adoption, compliance governance projects across EMEA, and global HR process improvements.
