Requirements

  • Bring significant leadership or consulting experience in hospitals, health systems, medical groups, health plans, or related healthcare organizations.
  • Demonstrate success improving operational, financial, or service delivery performance.
  • Have experience leading complex initiatives and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Government and public-sector experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with academic medical centers, community health centers, rural healthcare, or publicly funded healthcare programs is valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct leadership interviews and assess current operations.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend achievable improvements.
  • Develop implementation plans, accountability structures, and success measures.
  • Present findings to agency leadership, executive teams, and governing boards.
  • Contribute relevant expertise to proposals and client presentations.
  • Serve as an executive advisor, subject matter expert, or engagement lead, depending on the project.
