Requirements
- Hold a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
- Hold a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Hold a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Hold the Conga (Salesforce-based) 201 CLM Essentials Administration Certificate.
- Hold an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
- Hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
- Have knowledge of SQL.
- Be able to provide level 1, 2, and 3 support.
- Be able to actively participate in discussions with the business team.
- Be able to find solutions to business team needs.
Responsibilities
- Migrate documents from legacy applications, including Salesforce or G-drive, into the contract lifecycle management application.
- Create secure Box Storage for legacy applications and connect it to the new application for data transfer.
- Help the business analyst consult with business teams about data structure in the new application.
- Participate in consultations with business teams about processes and create processes, email alerts, and users in the new application.
- Create connections between DocuSign and the new or legacy application and administer the application’s DocuSign account.
- Coordinate setup and changes for SSO connections and certificates, and the Word 365 plugin.
- Handle level 1, 2, and 3 support tickets in ServiceNow, including reporting, mass record modifications, and workflow bug investigation.
- Test the application, business processes, integrations, and vendor bug fixes.
- Escalate development issues to vendor support, create support tickets, and coordinate repairs with the vendor team.
- Participate in user training and create training materials and tutorials.
