Requirements
- Hold the CFP® designation.
- Have experience across multiple areas of personal finance, including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, student loans, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance.
- Be available for various shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
- Be able to work concurrently on several tasks, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to execute.
- A typical, but not guaranteed, weekly workload is 5–15 hours.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients remotely over video, chat, and email to provide financial guidance.
- Guide clients on budgeting, student loans, retirement readiness, equity compensation, debt management, and other financial topics.
- Advise on the LearnLux methodology as the financial environment changes.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience.
- Learn clients’ benefit plans and support their employees during open enrollment.
