Requirements
- Hold the CFP® designation.
- Have experience in multiple areas of personal finance, including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, student loans, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance.
- Be available to work various shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
- Be able to perform several tasks concurrently, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and execute.
- Be available for a typical, but not guaranteed, 5–15 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients remotely over video, chat, and email to provide financial guidance.
- Advise on the LearnLux methodology and respond to changes in the financial environment.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience.
- Become an expert on client benefit plans and act as an extension of the client team during open enrollment.
