- Extensive experience handling Accounting and Finance Departments.

- Ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
- Exceptional time management.
- Ability to resolve issues under pressure.
- CPA license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop financial strategies through financial and accounting processes and analysis.
- Establish operational strategies by evaluating trends, setting critical measurements, designing systems, and resolving problems.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Provide leadership in the Finance group through accurate budget and financial forecast analysis.
- Recommend ways to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Establish and develop working relationships with management.
- Manage and track budget and accounting information, including billing, collections, and tax information.
