Requirements
- Provide evidence of personally owning client relationships and complex delivery conversations.
- Demonstrate a strong systems mindset and explain a process improvement, the problem it addressed, and how results were assessed.
- Understand workflow tools such as Airtable or comparable systems, including connected information, status drivers, approvals, and exception handling.
- Show hands-on use of AI tools and agents in work or projects, including a repeatable workflow and how outputs are checked, changed, or rejected.
- Have strong written and spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly across a remote team.
- Apply commercial and delivery judgement to balance client priorities with scope, team capacity, quality, and account health.
- Interpret performance information, ask useful questions of specialists, and connect evidence with practical recommendations.
- Demonstrate high ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through on improvements.
- Agency, social media, or entertainment experience is useful.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships and account rhythms, keeping meetings, updates, decisions, and follow-ups useful and timely.
- Represent the client's goals, audience, strategy, stakeholders, preferences, and commercial context in structured, current information.
- Translate client requests into practical briefs and clarify objectives, inputs, outputs, owners, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Coordinate schedules, approvals, and handoffs across client teams, partners, and Storm specialists.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop, test, document, and review workflow improvements with specialists.
- Monitor service quality and follow through on concerns, including critically reviewing AI-assisted work.
- Work with analysts and community teams to turn performance information and audience feedback into recommendations.
- Track scope, capacity, approvals, risks, client sentiment, and commercial implications; communicate changes early.
- Diagnose blockers and make escalations with evidence, options, recommendations, and a specific ask.
- Develop repeatable AI workflows for account preparation, action tracking, decision records, briefing, and quality checks.
