- Bring 12–15+ years of experience in client services, loyalty marketing, CRM, or enterprise program management.
- Have significant experience in the travel and hospitality sector.
- Demonstrate a track record leading large, complex accounts and cultivating senior executive relationships.
- Bring a deep understanding of loyalty program strategy, customer engagement, CRM platforms, and applying data-driven insights.
- Have technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, data ecosystem concepts, and digital customer experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate risk, identify growth opportunities, and influence strategic direction.
- Bring experience managing budgets, P&L, and multi-year commercial strategies.
- Be able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Have a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
- Be able and willing to travel up to 20%, with peak periods up to 35%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an executive-level strategic partner to key clients, aligning loyalty strategy with enterprise goals and customer engagement objectives.
- Lead the long-term evolution of loyalty programs using strategy, analytics, and technology to optimize performance, profitability, and member engagement.
- Turn data-driven insights into recommendations that improve ROI and address emerging customer needs.
- Monitor client risks, organizational dynamics, industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer behaviors.
- Identify organic growth opportunities across services, technology, analytics, and product enhancements.
- Co-create client innovations using Kobie IP, market intelligence, and emerging loyalty constructs.
- Lead collaboration with Technology, Product, Decision Science, Strategy, and Delivery teams to align priorities and execution.
- Guide program enhancements, operational execution, and technical implementations, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and quality.
- Own account forecasting, profitability management, and long-term commercial strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Services team.
