Requirements

- Build and work with Tableau dashboards.
- Gather and interpret business requirements.
- Define metrics, visualizations, and measurement frameworks to meet business needs.
- Work with data domains, sources, and use cases relevant to RxVantage.
- Use Jira to manage a backlog of user requests.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand internal and client analytics needs and logic.
- Define success measures and develop measurement frameworks collaboratively.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements.
- Document business intelligence dashboards in alignment with RxVantage standards.
- Maintain consistent metric names, calculations, and definitions across dashboards.
- Develop subject matter expertise in data domains, sources, and use cases relevant to RxVantage.
- Tailor dashboards to use cases in life sciences, healthcare providers, and pharmaceuticals.
- Build scalable, performant BI solutions for internal analytics needs.
- Work through a Jira backlog of user requests, communicate status, and meet agreed delivery dates.
- Comply with the RxVantage Tableau security framework.
