Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, business analytics, or compensation.
- Be comfortable working with large datasets and ambiguous problems, and distill key takeaways.
- Translate business challenges into structured models and insights.
- Explain analysis and recommendations to executive audiences.
- Work independently and drive analysis with minimal guidance.
- Have expert-level Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Be proficient in SQL and data orchestration between BigQuery and GTM tools.
- Have experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, validation rules, and flows.
- Have experience with compensation tools such as Xactly, Apttus, or CaptivateIQ.
- Previous open-source experience is a bonus.
- Experience with Tableau or Looker is a bonus; Grafana visualization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain core account-base models related to consumption growth across the GTM organization.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Compensation to manage monthly compensation updates and improve existing processes.
- Analyze customer product engagement to inform product investment, GTM segmentation, and territory planning.
- Use SQL in Google BigQuery to extract large datasets for reporting.
- Influence data orchestration between BigQuery, Google Sheets, and compensation tools to streamline calculations and compensation execution.
- Manage exceptions directly with Sales.
- Execute ad-hoc reporting requests independently and deliver actionable insights.
