Responsibilities
- Align U.S. supply chain, finance, commercial, quality, and global teams on business operations and vaccine logistics.
- Provide executive-level performance reporting and insights to the U.S. Head.
- Lead government and private-market contracting operations, including financial analytics, compliance, and execution performance.
- Own U.S. vaccine supply chain strategy and execution, and oversee 3PL distribution, cold-chain integrity, inventory, returns, and sales order administration.
- Coordinate demand planning, transfer pricing, U.S. Customs, inventory optimization, and wholesaler and distributor engagement.
- Direct pricing governance and contract administration, including distributor agreements, rebates, chargebacks, and customer compliance.
- Calculate and submit U.S. government pricing reports, including NFAMP and FCP.
- Oversee sales analytics and reporting, and partner with leadership on incentive compensation reporting and commercial performance tracking.
- Work with Quality Assurance to maintain regulatory standards, mitigate operational risks, and improve efficiency and control.
- Manage U.S. entity operations, including HR benefits oversight, vendors, fleet, office operations, onboarding, budgets, meetings, and training.
