SalaryBase of $48,000 a year ($4,000 a month), paid weekly. Uncapped commission on every recurring customer you sign, paid every two weeks: Weekly recurring customer: $200. Biweekly: $100. Every four weeks: $50. Bonus when the first cleaning is an Initial Cleaning: +$25. A Basic Cleaning: +$15. Bonus for every recurring customer still active at 90 days: +$50. At the 30% target close rate (about 45 new recurring customers a month), earnings are about $122,400 a year. At 40%, about $147,300. At 50%, about $172,100.

Requirements
- Have a track record in inside sales, B2C phone sales, and one-call closing.
- Know your personal close rate and be able to verify it.
- Be based in the United States.
- Speak clear, confident English that lands with a North Carolina homeowner.
- Be self-managed and able to work independently.
- Use ethical sales practices and recommend suitable services without overselling.
- Home services experience is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and contact approximately 150 qualified inbound leads each month.
- Call homeowners who requested quotes through the website, Facebook lead forms, or phone.
- Quote services, address trust-related objections, and close recurring cleaning sales on the call.
- Follow up with leads who do not answer using voicemail and text.
- Recommend suitable services and recurring weekly or biweekly cleaning when appropriate.
- Collect payment information and book the first cleaning during the call.
- Revisit recent lukewarm leads who expressed interest but did not buy.
- Log conversations in GoHighLevel and book customers in Maid Central.
- Keep the scheduler informed when customer bookings are filling the cleaning calendar.
