- Own program-level risk management by surfacing issues early, presenting data-backed options, and ensuring dependencies have owners and ETAs.
- Drive launch and market-readiness planning across vehicle readiness, ODD coverage, safety validation, site and facility readiness, and regulatory or permitting requirements.
- Translate strategy into executable roadmaps with Autonomy, Safety, Commercial, and Operations teams, and hold teams accountable to the plan.
- Build and deliver executive reporting on program status, risks, and path to green.
- Define and track readiness KPIs, including ODD coverage, disengagement rates, system readiness, and rider experience metrics.
- Establish scalable program tracking processes and tooling as the program and fleet scale.
- Represent the robotaxi program in cross-company planning and coordinate sequencing with the trucking roadmap and shared platform investments.
