Requirements
- Bring Product strategy and Product Operations judgment, or a similar Product Management background.
- Be comfortable with portfolio management and SaaS metrics.
- Be comfortable with Pendo, customer research, pricing, and packaging.
- Work directly with executives while personally building analyses and operating mechanisms.
- Demonstrate use of AI tooling and the ability to build practical agents or workflow automations.
- Bring a commercial mindset and willingness to challenge low-value activity.
- Be able to work frequently synchronously with Product Leadership and partner with team members globally.
Responsibilities
- Operate portfolio planning, the product prioritization list and dashboard (GPL), governance, dependencies, risks, and Product Business Reviews.
- Own executive, SLT, and Board-level Product reporting.
- Own Pendo strategy, instrumentation governance, dashboards, and adoption insights.
- Operate PIM intake, prioritization, disposition, and customer close-loop practices.
- Own the Customer Advisory Board operating model, agenda, insights, and follow-through.
- Maintain use-case, capability, GPL, PMF, and package/SKU mappings.
- Partner with Finance and GTM on pricing, packaging, product performance, and monetization analysis.
- Improve existing planning, KPI, and reporting processes.
- Build AI agents and workflows to automate reporting, synthesize customer evidence, detect portfolio risks, and reduce manual Product Operations work.
- Identify weak evidence, drive decisions, and ensure agreed actions close.
